The short version: if your dog hates it, tell us within 60 days and we refund you. Opened tub, half-used tub, doesn't matter.
The happy-dog promise
Dental products are bought on hope and abandoned in a cupboard. We would rather refund you than have you resent a tub of wipes, so the guarantee covers opened product — a sealed-only return policy on something you cannot know works until you try it would be pointless.
How to start a return
- Email hello@chomp-pets.com with your order number and, if you feel like it, what went wrong.
- We reply with return instructions. For most opened tubs we will not ask for the product back — posting a part-used tub across the country helps nobody.
- Once approved, the refund goes to your original payment method.
What we refund
- Unopened and unused — full refund of the product price.
- Opened but you are not happy — full refund of the product price under the promise above.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item — full refund or a replacement, your choice, and we cover the return cost. Send a photo and we will not make you jump through hoops.
- Original shipping — refunded where the item was faulty, damaged or wrongly sent. Otherwise the original shipping charge is not refunded.
- Return postage — you cover return postage on a change-of-mind return. If it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover it.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; it does not automatically refund a shipment that has already been sent. If a renewal caught you by surprise, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out. You can skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account.
Timing
We aim to approve returns within 2 working days. Refunds are issued immediately on approval; your bank then takes its own time, usually 5–10 working days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces your legal rights. UK and EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel most online orders, which sits alongside — not instead of — the promise above. Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand customers under the Consumer Guarantees Act; US and Canadian customers have rights under their state or provincial law. Those rights always apply on top of this policy.
