1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and CHOMP ("we", "us") when you buy from this store. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you click the button and not when payment is authorised.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required.
  • Shipping cost is shown on the first checkout screen, before you enter payment details. We do not add fees at the last step.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order for one-off purchases, and on each renewal date for subscriptions.

4. Subscriptions

This is the part people actually need to be able to find, so it is written plainly.

  • Billing cycle. A subscription renews automatically on the interval shown at checkout until you cancel.
  • Skipping and rescheduling. You can skip a delivery or push it back at any time from your account.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account, with no phone call and no retention process. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Changes. You can change flavor, quantity and delivery interval whenever you like.
  • Price changes. If we change a subscription price we will email you before it applies and you can cancel first.
  • Failed payments. We will retry and email you. If payment keeps failing we will pause the subscription rather than keep charging.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on the shipping page.

6. Returns

Our returns terms are on the returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing there affects your statutory rights.

7. Using the product safely

CHOMP is a grooming product for dogs. It is not a veterinary medicine and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is designed to wipe away everyday plaque film and food residue. It will not remove hardened tartar and it is not a treatment for periodontal or gum disease — that is a vet's job.

Stop using it and speak to your vet if you see bleeding, swelling, pain, loose teeth or persistent bad breath. Supervise use, keep it away from children, and do not use it on any animal other than a dog.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you own it or have permission to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the product. We do not pay for reviews, we do not edit them to change their meaning, and we do not delete reviews for being negative. We will remove anything unlawful, abusive or off-topic.

9. Our content

The CHOMP name, logo, copy, photography and site design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
